Once your package leaves our fulfillment gates, a tracked shipping confirmation is instantly issued via email.

Dispatch Hub Locations

To support delivery speeds, all items are stocked and dispatched directly from domestic fulfillment centers located in **Delaware and across the United States**. We do not engage in international dropshipping.

Geographic Coverage

Currently, we ship exclusively to physical addresses located within the **continental United States**. We do not support shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military bases, or international destinations at this time.

2. 30-Day Return & Refund Charter

We stand behind the craftsmanship of our essentials. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a comprehensive **30-day return policy** starting from the date of package delivery.

How to Return an Item (Step-by-Step)

Return Shipping Fee Responsibility

  • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries: If the item is faulty, arrived broken, or is a wrong delivery on our part, we cover **100% of the return shipping costs**. We will issue a pre-paid shipping label via email.
  • Customer Preference & Remorse returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, personal preference, or size issues, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs. A flat return shipping fee of **$4.90** is deducted from your refund sum.

Refund Processing Timelines

Once returned items arrive at our receiving gate, quality control inspectors review the items within **3 business days**. Once approved, your refund is credited automatically to your original billing card. Please note that credit card networks, local banks, and payment processors typically require **5 to 7 business days** to post credit adjustments to your statements.
